These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EasyReviews application (the "Application", the "Service") provided by MS Digital Solutions, a company located at 32 Boulevard Emmanuel Rouquier, 06130 Grasse, France ("we", "our", "the Company").
By registering for and using EasyReviews, you unconditionally accept these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
By creating an EasyReviews account, logging into the Service, or using any feature of the Application, you confirm that:
• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• You have an active Google Business Profile
• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete
EasyReviews is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that helps businesses manage their Google Business reviews. The Service offers the following features:
To use EasyReviews, you must create an account by logging in via Google OAuth. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities performed from your account.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration
• Maintain the security of your Google account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with third parties
MS Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in case of violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
EasyReviews operates on a paid subscription model with a free trial period.
You agree to use EasyReviews in a legal, ethical manner and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and the content you generate or publish via EasyReviews.
EasyReviews uses your Google account to access your Google Business Profile. You remain solely responsible for managing your business profile, reviews published by your customers, and the responses you provide to reviews.
MS Digital Solutions is not responsible for the content of reviews published by your customers on Google, nor for the consequences resulting from your responses to reviews, even if they were generated with AI assistance.
You agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Google Business Profile policies.
If your subscription is terminated, your data will be handled as follows:
• Your account data will be deleted immediately after the end of the paid period
• Accounting data (invoices, payments) will be retained for 10 years in accordance with French legal obligations
• Anonymized analytical data may be retained for statistical purposes

The EasyReviews Application, its source code, design, brand, logo, and all elements that compose it are the exclusive property of MS Digital Solutions and are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights to the Service. You only receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain all rights to the content you create via the Service (review responses, SMS messages, etc.).
EasyReviews is provided "as is" and "as available". MS Digital Solutions strives to keep the Service accessible 24/7, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We reserve the right to:
• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons
• Modify, improve, or discontinue certain Service features
• Fix bugs or security vulnerabilities
MS Digital Solutions disclaims all express or implied warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or that results generated by AI will be appropriate for your needs.
To the extent permitted by law, MS Digital Solutions shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
• Use or inability to use the Service
• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated responses
• Service interruptions or technical malfunctions
• Actions by third parties (including Google) affecting your business profile
Our total liability to you for any damages shall in no case exceed the total amount of fees you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
MS Digital Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
In case of substantial modification, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the modifications take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept the modifications, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription from your dashboard or by contacting us.
MS Digital Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice in case of:
• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Illegal activity or activity contrary to Google policies
In case of termination for violation of the Terms, no refund will be granted for the unused period.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution, or termination of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Grasse, France.
In accordance with Article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, in case of a dispute with a consumer, mediation may be proposed before any legal action.
